Sales are concluded directly between visitors to the affiliated site and www.dukandiet.co.uk, who remains the only and unique owner of its client list.

The present reseller programme is concluded non-exclusively and for an indefinite duration as from the date of acceptance by www.dukandiet.co.uk.

Each party reserves the right to terminate the agreement, at any time, by email, without recourse to payment of indemnities.
From this moment, the formerly affiliated party agrees to remove all links relating to the reseller programme and to cease using the names and logos of www.dukandiet.co.uk since to do so would violate the terms and conditions.

No commission will be payable to the affiliated party, nor will any commission be taken into account by www.dukandiet.co.uk as from the date of the end of the affiliation programme.

The reseller programme is agreed with the affiliated party who is considered as an individual in their own right and known to www.regimedukan.com. In no event may the affiliated party transfer or otherwise use their rights without having obtained prior and express written agreement from www.dukandiet.co.uk, either by electronic mail or by postal letter.

www.dukandiet.co.uk reserves the right to modify one or more parts of the present general terms and conditions of affiliation at any time.
